I and my three children lived at 29 Sandringham Avenue for over 16 years. Felt at home from the outset. Lovely street with fabulous neighbours who love the sound of youngsters playing in the street or each others gardens. 20 mins walk from the centre of town along the canal. 5 mins drive from the motorway. 10 mins drive from North Wales. Within walking distance of several schools. A really convenient warm and happy place to be. And a fabulous positioned South facing garden that catches the sun until the very last moment of the day.
