The Seller s View!

No.5 has been our family home for the last 20 years. It s where we brought our babies home from the Countess and watched them thrive in Chester s excellent education provision, enjoying choices at primary and secondary level, all of which are accessible on foot bike. We will miss our lovely garden and wonderful neighbours terribly. It has been an absolute privilege to live in Caldy Valley alongside the kingfishers, owls, bats and foxes, enjoying the constant sound of birdsong and popping out for a run or a walk straight from the front door, yet still have a supermarket and a beautiful city centre within easy walking distance, as well as fast motorway access. However, the time is right for us to venture further afield and let another family enjoy this peaceful home.
