"This semi-detached house would make an ideal home for a young family and has been improved by the present owners to provide well presented accommodation which comprises; entrance hall, living room, dining room, conservatory, kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The heating is provided by a modern gas combination boiler and the windows are double glazed (except front door). Outside there is off-road parking for several vehicles and a detached garage. The rear garden is a particular feature of this property and has southerly aspect, patio, decked seating area, vegetable patch and greenhouse.
