"Providing well presented accommodation throughout this 1930's semi-detached house would make an excellent home within one of Chester's most popular districts and early viewings are advised. The accommodation which has gas central heating and double glazed windows comprises; entrance hall with oak floor, dining room with fireplace, living room with fireplace, modern fitted kitchen, large open plan conservatory and breakfast area, three well proportioned bedrooms and a bathroom with roll-top bath. Outside there is parking for two cars and established low maintenance gardens to both the front and rear. An excellent range of local amenities, the city centre and motorway network are all easily accessible.

ENTRANCE There is a canopy porch with quarry tile step and a front door with double glazed panel which opens into the entrance hall where there is an oak floor, picture rail, radiator, under stairs cupboard (plumbing for cloakroom*) and stripped timber panel doors off to the ground floor accommodation.
