Description

2 Cavendish Road sits in a prime location in a very attractive conservation area in one of Chester s most highly regarded residential addresses. The road consists entirely of spacious detached houses and is very peaceful with no through traffic. Built in approximately 1926, the house has some really lovely features typical of the period including parquet flooring throughout much of the ground floor, bowed bay windows with stained glass and a really lovely feature of the house is that the gardens wrap around it so most of the reception rooms have a really attractive view. The property is very well maintained and really beautifully decorated.
