Outside wrought iron gates, car port, detached concrete garage and gardens to the front and rear. The later being approx. 62 ft in length.
East Avenue lies off Queensway and runs through Finney Lane. Houses on this road have always been sought after and sell well under normal market conditions.
The property is convenient for local shops, transport and motorway network M56/60 approx. three miles away. Cheadle Etchells lies only some two hundred yards down the road catering for children up to the age of eleven. Further centres are only a few miles away and are easily accessible by car. Heald Green lies some eight miles south of Manchester city centre in a sought after commuter belt and has an excellent road network for the surrounding area.
