"A lovely two bedroom apartment located on the popular Kentmere Place development. Ideal first time buy or investment, the apartment offers a lounge/dining room, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and family bathroom, Allocated residents parking to the rear.

Comprising intercom entry system leading tot he communal areas, and entrance to the property. Private entrance hall, lounge/dining room, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and family bathroom. Resident parking and communal gardens.

From our Altrincham office proceed through the town centre passing the bus station and turn right at the first main set of traffic lights onto the A560 Woodlands Road.  Continue along as the road changes name to Stockport Road and then Shaftesbury Avenue.  At the approach to the Brooklands roundabout, turn right onto Aimson Road East and then first left into Kentmere Road.

ENTRANCE HALL:
With radiator, intercom entry phone, alarm panel and storage cupboard.

LOUNGE: 

Having a bay window to the front elevation, laminate floors, radiator and telephone points.

KITCHEN:
