To the first floor there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite to master bedroom). Externally the property offers gardens to both front and side, a block paved driveway accessed via a gated entrance provides ample off road parking and a separate detached garage. Location The locality is highly favoured being within the catchment area of excellent primary and secondary schools suitable for children of all ages in both the state and private sectors. (In fact within walking distance to Well Green primary school), close to open countryside and with the recently completed shopping centre within the village of Hale Barns. The property is also close to the village of Hale with its range of individual shops, restaurants, railway station and a little further into the market town of Altrincham with the metro link providing a regular service into Manchester city centre.
