Rent directly from the landlord. Beautiful spacious period terrace property in excellent condition.  The house has three bedrooms and central heating.  It has been recently redecorated throughout with new wool carpets. The property has 3 levels a ground floor, 1st and 2nd floors. 

On the ground floor there is a spacious and luminous lounge with original exposed floorboards, a bay window and lovely lava rock gas fireplace. This leads through to the dining room with a oak parquet floor and then on to a galley kitchen which has built in oak fronted cupboards, granite top, Integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher and also a Range cooker.

On the first floor is situated a double bedroom, single bedroom/study and a bathroom with shower enclosure and corner bath.

On the second (top floor) is a large double bedroom with original fireplace. 

To the back of the house is a lovely brick paved area with shed for storage and plumbed in washing machine.

The house is superbly situated close to local transport being about 10mins walk to  Navigation Road Tram and Train Station. The centre of Altrincham is 15-20mins walk from the house with it's fabulous market area with superb eating places and restaurants. There is also the lovely peaceful John Leigh park at the top of the road. Parking is available on the road.
