A bright, spacious and attractive 5-bedroom and 2-bathroom detached house offering lovely views of the surrounding Cardigan area. Located in the popular and sought after Maesydderwen development, the house is a short 10-minute walk to the shops, theatre and local secondary school. The local primary school is a 15-minute walk.

The town centre offers an excellent range of shops and amenities and the property is but a short drive away from the local beaches of Patch, Mwnt and Poppit.
