"Page & Co are absolutely delighted to bring to the market this project property in St Stephens. The property enjoys a peaceful position on a quiet and residential road close to local schools, the City centre and Canterbury West train station which has the high speed link to London.

The property is accessed via a driveway leading to the front door, once into the property you are greeted by a spacious hallway leading to the lounge which boasts a bay window to the front. The next room off of the hallway is a dining room which has doors leading to the garden and a charming serving hatch to the kitchen. The kitchen has, what we believe to be one of the original built in cabinets with drawers, cupboards and display sections, there is a small larder and a door out to the garden.
