"If you thought that all apartments are similar, don’t be surprised if you change your mind after coming along to see this home. This has been the happy home of the current owner for the past 8 years who has enjoyed every moment and will be sad to leave but happy to be going home to her home city of Barcelona.

It is difficult to know where to start when describing the apartment as there are so many great things to say. The ceilings are high and the windows are as big and let in excellent light. The rooms are large and imposing and the kitchen is big enough to have a table to entertain your friends. The bedrooms are interestingly underneath on the lower ground floor, but don’t let that make it sound as if it is dark as it is far from it. Both bathrooms are on the lower ground floor, one en-suite to the main bedroom and are both beautifully done.

There is an allocated parking space on the gravel driveway and there is a small level of homes in the conversion and everyone is proud to live here and have developed a sense of community.

When I wake up on a sunny day, the sun comes through the massive windows we have and stays with us all day long. Our home is full of light and the high ceilings make us think we live in a mansion. Our house is very big and spacious, warm and bright. Mum is very happy to have our car parked by the entrance to the building, particularly when it rains, or when we come back from shopping. Our neighbours are lovely and very friendly. We have known them for a long time, and we send Christmas cards to each other every year. During the weekends we walk into the City Centre, passing by lovely Victorian buildings and big trees, a real treat.
