"This four bedroom detached house is located on the outskirts of Wisbech and benefits Upvc double glazing and gas central heating throughout. The accommodation briefly comprises entrance hall, lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility room and cloakroom to the ground floor and four double bedrooms, en-suite to master, and family bathroom to the first floor. Entering the property into the hallway you find storage cupboard, telephone point, radiator and stairs to the first floor. The lounge faces the front aspect and includes gas fire set in brick fireplace, television point, radiator and archway through the dining room which has double glazed French doors to the rear garden. The kitchen boasts fitted wall, base and drawer units with worktop and splashback tiles, one and half bowl sink and drainer, plumbing for dishwasher, four ring gas hob and electric oven, pantry cupboard and window to rear. The utility room and cloakroom accessed off the kitchen. Master bedroom benefits window to front, radiator, television point and double fitted wardrobe with sliding doors.
