"This beautifully presented family home can be found in arguably one of the most sought after residential turnings within the local area and also benefits from having no onward chain. This spacious property benefits from a wealth of original and character features as well as being partly double glazed, and in our opinion an internal viewing is essential to appreciate the size and standard of accommodation on offer. The living accommodation comprises of a larger than average reception hallway with Parquet flooring, under stairs storage cupboard and staircase leading to the first floor. There are two reception rooms in total, the sitting room affording a large bay window to the front aspect with stripped and polished floor boards and an open fireplace complete with tiled hearth.
