"Draft details - awaiting vendor approval. This beautifully presented and good sized bungalow sits on the edge of the village of Parson Drove which is ideally situated for the A47 and access to Peterborough, March and Wisbech. This property is ideal for those who are looking for a property that they can move straight into, possibly work from home or even those looking for an annex. This is a home that offers so many different uses and one that is a must on your viewing list. The accommodation offered comprises a lovely size lounge/diner with a wood fire surround and deep recess being one of the features of this room. The kitchen is fitted with a good range of solid oak units and benefits from many of the integral appliances you would need such as dishwasher, table large enough for two adults and two children, tumble dryer, fridge, washing machine, four ring hob and split level oven. Both the splash backs and flooring are ceramic tiling. A door from the kitchen gives access to the rear lobby and doors to both a walk in storage cupboard and utility/cloakroom which houses a vanity unit housing a low level WC with a separate wash hand basin. You will find the oil central heating boiler housed in this room. The three bedrooms are all double bedrooms with one fitted with a range of wardrobes including a dressing table area. At present the vendor is using one of the bedrooms as a dining room and enjoys an attractive gas living flame fire with surround and plate rail. The family bathroom completes the accommodation and is fitted with a four piece suite comprising shower cubicle, panelled bath, low level WC and pedestal wash hand basin. To the outside you enter the property via a drive to the side of the property and leads you to the rear of the property, garage block, caravan hard standing and paddock/ garden area. The garage block is separated into garaging and workshop area's. This block has been built to a very high speck including UPVC windows and could be used for those who wish to work from home or even with the correct pp would make an ideal annex. To the rear of this you will find the further garden area/paddock area depending on your requirements. We strongly recommend viewing this immaculate home sitting on a substantial plot of approximately 1.1 acres."
