"This spacious detached bungalow in a quite cul de sac location of this popular fenland village, offers generously proportioned rooms throughout and is in good decorative order. To the front of the property we find a well maintained front garden with a mature shrub border enclosing the lawn area, with a path and off road parking in front of the integral garage. On entering the property we are welcomed into a spacious hallway which leads down to a double fronted coat cupboard. We then turn into a further section of internal hall with doors leading off to the rest of the living accommodation. The Lounge has a double glazed window overlooking the front of the property, a feature fire place on the side wall and TV and telephone points. The separate cloakroom comprising of a low level flush WC and a pedestal wash hand basin. There are two double bedrooms, with the larger of the two having a double glazed window to the side aspect and a recess which could accommodate a wardrobe or dressing table, the second bedroom has a double glazed window overlooking the rear garden. The family bathroom has a double glazed window to the rear and is fitted with a low level flush WC, Pedestal wash hand basin and a panelled bath with shower over. Then we are into the spacious kitchen/diner, the dining area could easily accommodate a dining room suite and has a double glazed window to the side letting in lots of natural light.
