"This detached family home is situated at the bottom of a cul de sac in the ever popular area of Leverington. The property benefits from gas central heating, double glazed windows, good room sizes and ample natural light throughout this spacious property. An entrance hallway with laminate wood flooring and storage cupboard leads to the downstairs cloakroom which is fitted with a low level flush WC and wash hand basin. The lounge has a continuation of the laminate wood flooring and affords two windows to the front aspect, a tiled fireplace surround and patio doors which lead out onto the rear patio. There is a separate dining room which overlooks the rear garden and can accommodate a good size family table. The kitchen is fitted with a range of eye and base level units with a four ring gas hob with oven and extractor hood over, single sink with drainer and ceramic tiled flooring. Located off the kitchen is the conservatory which is equally of a good size and has two external doors and plumbing for a washing machine. To the first floor there are four bedrooms and the family bathroom which houses the airing cupboard and comprises of a white three piece suite to include a panel bath with shower attachment, low level flush WC and wash hand basin. Outside to the front of the property there is off road parking for more than one vehicle which in turn leads to the single garage with power and lighting. The rear garden measures approximately 45ft x 45ft with an additional area to the side of the property which could be used as a vegetable plot or children's play area. The garden commences with a paved patio with the remainder being mainly laid to lawn with plant and shrub borders, timber storage shed and side access.
