"With no upward chain, this three bedroom semi detached home is, in our opinion, well presented and deserves to be viewed internally. A double glazed front door leads into entrance lobby with stairs to first floor landing and door into the lounge. The lounge has double glazed window to front aspect, radiator, storage cupboard under the stairs and TV and telephone points. A door leads from the lounge into the kitchen/diner. The fitted kitchen has a range of wall and base mounted units with complimentary work tops over. There is an integrated double oven, four ring gas hob, integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Double glazed French doors lead to the garden and there is a double glazed window to rear aspect. Upstairs the first floor landing has doors to all rooms and a cupboard housing the hot water cylinder. Bedroom one has double glazed window to front aspect and a range of bedroom furniture consisting of mirror fronted wardrobes, bedside units with overhead cupboards, there is also a radiator.
