"A three bedroom home of fantastic Modern style, with tall ceilings and extensive glazing. Set well back from the road with secure covered parking behind.

The property is part of a landmark contemporary building within the architectural award-winning Abode development in Trumpington. It is effectively a traditional terraced house with its own front door, private garden and garage at the rear, but has an apartment above it.

The main living space is open-plan with fantastic high ceilings and a large window and door on to the garden. The kitchen is of a high quality including integrated appliances and composite stone worksurfaces. Off the main room is a cloakroom / WC.
