A most appealing and recently re-decorated residence enjoying a pleasant position, backing onto farmland, situated in this highly regarded south Cambridgeshire village close to the village school.

The property offers generous accommodation throughout, the entrance hall has stairs to the first floor, storage cupboard and access to a cloakroom. The kitchen/breakfast room is generous in size and is fitted with a range of wall and base units and space for appliances. The sitting/dining room is bright and airy and enjoys views over the garden with access via sliding doors.

On the first floor, the landing has an airing cupboard containing the immersion heater and controlls for the central heating systems a further storage cupboard. Linton is a large village lying about 10 miles south of Cambridge and 6 miles north of Saffron Walden with fast approach roads thereto. It is a village surrounded by glorious undulating open countryside over which there are many fine walks including the 'Roman Road' which leads to Cambridge via Wandlebury and the Gogs.
