"A 1930s semi detached, bay fronted home, with a beautiful rear garden, garage and parking, located at the end of a quiet no-through road, just a stone's throw from Milton Road.

This appealing semi detached home is well presented throughout with a recently refitted kitchen and a stunning and generously proportioned rear garden. The property also offers scope for expansion subject to obtaining the necessary consents.

To the front a pair of arched doors open to a small porch which in turn gives access to the entrance hall and staircase which lead up to the first floor.

The sitting room is dual aspect with a bay window to the front and patio doors which offer views of the garden and open to the terrace. There is also an open fireplace.
