Located on the edge of the picturesque village of Fulmer, often described as the prettiest village in South Buckinghamshire, it has its own cricket team and a sought after village pub, The Black Horse.

The area will also benefit from Crossrail which is targeted for completion in 2022 giving direct and fast journey times to London s West End, City and Canary Wharf.
