The Apartment The apartment, at around 842 sq ft in size, offers spacious accommodation with good size rooms.

The entrance hall has an entry phone system giving remote access to allow guests in. It has a storage cupboard and an airing cupboard.

The large living/dining room has windows to two sides with views over the Mill Race and beautiful riverside meadows. French doors open onto the fitted kitchen.

The kitchen is fitted in a range of eye and base level units, work surfaces and a sink. It has a built in oven and electric hob. The fridge/freezer will remain and the new washing machine is available by negotiation. This apartment is one of only a few in the block with a kitchen window

Three are two double bedrooms, both have built in wardrobes. Both rooms have lovely views over the riverside meadows. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with WC, basin and shower cubicle.

The bathroom has a WC, basin, and bath.

Overall the apartment has a nice feeling of light and space and has plenty of storage which is all too often lacking in apartments! Communal Areas The communal areas are well kept and include the hallways and a resident's drawing room which can be used for socialising. A concierge service is available - Roger, works in the mornings, 8.00am to 12.00pm, on week days and is available to assist you with many matters. There are some communal gardens which enjoy this riverside setting and a residents car park with gated entry. Heating and Windows The property has electric heating and UPVC double glazed windows and doors. Tenure & Annual Charges The property is offered on a leasehold basis - we are awaiting confirmation of the term of the lease.

The Mill should not be confused with a warden assisted development. Location - Stony Stratford An attractive and historic coaching town referred to as the Jewel of Milton Keynes. The town is set on the north/western corner of Milton Keynes and is bordered to most sides by attractive countryside and parkland with lovely riverside walks. The attractive and well used High Street has many historic and listed buildings and offers a diverse range of shops that should suit all your day to day needs.
