Seller says:?This is a wonderful family home. We love living here, although it?s our time to leave ?we are we going to be so sad to go! It?s situated close enough to walk to any of the great schools that we have locally. We?re near lots of lovely parkland for taking a walk, playing, bike riding, or dog walking. There are loads of great parks for kids and we have a gorgeous duck/fishing pond practically on our doorstop. Although we never chose to take up the option, the configuration of the rear garden lends itself perfectly to a conservatory or single height extension at the rear. We also know of similar houses to ours, around the corner, which have also had a loft conversion.?
