"The Aspens is a substantial family house which has been in the same ownership for the last 23 years. Since 2013 a programme of modernisation has been undertaken by the current owners. From the entrance portico, double front doors lead through to the staircase hall with under heated Mandarin stone floor. The drawing room, study and kitchen breakfast room have French windows which lead out onto the large terrace, having steps leading down to the garden and distant rural views to Munday Dean beyond. The bespoke kitchen units have been hand painted in Farrow & Ball 'Cornforth White' and incorporate features such as, Miele appliances, induction hob, Pyrolytic oven and gas wok burner. Access to the first floor landing is via the beautifully crafted semi circular staircase being an architectural feature in its own right,
with hardwood handrail and tread detail. Of the five bedrooms, three are suites with the remaining two being doubles. The accommodation is well planned satisfying the demands of today's busy families.
