"Undoubtedly one of the more important houses in the village, Meadowside was built in the Victorian era in the style of a Rectory, probably as a doctor or lawyer's house as there is a detached Coach House for a carriage and ancillary stores, stabling and a hay loft above. This has readily adapted to garaging with an office or games room above.

The house has elegantly proportioned rooms with high ceilings and large windows giving plenty of natural light. On the ground floor are three separate reception rooms, kitchen, utility and cloakroom. The first floor has four bedrooms, a family bathroom and a separate shower room whilst the master bedroom is on the second floor with a free standing bath with mixer tap and shower attachment, wc and wash basin.

Features include * original floor * UPVC sash windows * LAN outlets to the house and office *
