"A well presented four bedroom detached house in a cul de sac location within the village of Lane End, the property has a private and secluded rear garden of around 70' in length.

Situation
The property is not far from Lane End village centre with a range of shops, nearby Marlow offers a comprehensive range of boutique shopping, restaurants and bars, sporting facilities, and the area offers highly regarded schools at both primary and secondary levels. The train station in Marlow links to London Paddington via Maidenhead and from High Wycombe to London Marylebone. The M4 and M40 motorways are easily accessible via the A404 Marlow by-pass.

Outside
To the front of the property is a driveway providing parking for several vehicles, with shrub and planted borders. A side gate provides access to the rear garden. The rear garden is around 70' in length and is mainly laid to lawn, there is a paved patio area adjacent to the rear of the property with outside lighting, 2 outside taps, external water softener and a cedar chalet/summerhouse to the rear of the garden which has power.
