"A light and airy three bedroom end of terrace town house, with open plan living accommodation and driveway parking, located at the end of a quiet cul de sac, located just over a mile to the town centre and train station.

This property offers spacious and versatile living accommodation. As you enter on the ground floor, the hallway has ceramic flooring with access to the warm air heating system which is gas fired and located under the stairs. There is a door leading into a generous sized study with a large storage cupboard located at the rear.

The first floor leads to a lovely sized sitting room with a large picture window with views over Chesham and opens into the kitchen dining room. The kitchen is fitted with a good range of cupboards with wood block work surfaces and a ceramic sink, there is a built in oven and gas hob with extractor above and spaces for a fridge freezer and plumbing for a washing machine. The kitchen has wonderful views over the garden with patio doors from the dining area leading to the patio.
