"This beautifully presented family home is located at the end of a quiet road and occupies a corner plot..

The front door opens into the hallway with stairs raising to the first floor and two useful storage cupboards, there is also an understairs cloak room with wc and wash hand basin. A door opens into the living room at the front of the house with a large window to the front letting in lots of natural light. There is a gas fire to a feature fire place with mantle and surround. Glazed double doors lead through to the dining room at the rear overlooking the garden. There is also a door into the kitchen which has been fitted with a range of white shake style cupboards and drawers with ample work tops over. There is a one and a half stainless steel sink in front of the window overlooking the rear garden. A specially built cupboard unit with a large American style fridge freezer inset and there is ample space for table and chairs which overlook the rear garden through glazed double doors. There is a large range style cooker with a gas hob and large oven, splash back and extractor hood over. A door opens into the utility room where there is further storage space and space for a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a side door leading into the garden.

The first floor landing has doors to the main bedroom which overlooks the rear garden and has a dressing corridor with ample hanging and shelving space. Also a door into an en suite shower room with half tiled walls and a walk in shower, wc and wash hand basin with storage under. Bedroom two is a good sized double with a built in cupboard and overlooking the front. Bedrooms three and four are singles, one with a couple of built in cupboards. The family bathroom is spacious with a corner shower cubicle and a separate bath, wc and a wash hand basin, fitted mirror and towel rail.

To the rear garden which is laid mainly to lawn bordered by established flower and shrub beds. There is a patio area and a raised decking area perfect for catching the sun for most of the day. A useful storage shed and there is an outside tap and a path leading to the side of the house and to the side door into the single garage.

The front driveway provides parking for 2 cars and there is a lawned area with shrubs and bushes. This property has to be seen to appreciate its location and all it has to offer.

Winslow has a weekly market held in the Market Square. Winslow provides schooling, quaint shops, restaurants, the renowned Farm Deli, pubs and day to day amenities while Milton Keynes provides extensive shopping, leisure and educational facilities. Home to Sir Thomas Fremantle School which provides great secondary education right through to sixth form. The area is well served with other primary and secondary schools along with the Royal Latin Grammar school and many independent schools. The new East West railway is also due to open in 2025 linking Oxford and Cambridge.
