"A four bedroom semi detached home located in an elevated residential road in Bourne End. The very well presented house has ample off road parking, a private garden with detached garage and a loft conversion. There is further extension potential subject to the usual permissions.

Situation
Within a 15 minute walk of Bourne End Village centre with its varied shopping for all day to day needs, including an excellent family run fruit & vegetable market. Within a mile is the renowned Phil Bowditch fishmongers and butchers. Cliveden House (National Trust) is 10 minutes drive away. The location is convenient for the nearby A404 leading to the M40 in the north and M4 in the south. Marlow, Cookham and Beaconsfield are some 10 minutes drive, which provide a wider selection of shopping, bars and restaurants. Bourne End's train station has links to London Paddington, Beaconsfield station has a fast link (around 25 minutes) to London Marylebone. There is good local schooling at primary, grammar and secondary levels.

To the front and side of the property there is parking for a number of vehicles on a block paved driveway. A low level brick wall borders the driveway and the lawn to the front.
To the rear of the property is a good sized garden which is enclosed by close board timber fencing. There are well stocked beds bordering the garden which is mainly laid to lawn.
