"An attractive and substantial family home in a quiet and well regarded close in this peaceful and tranquil rural village which is convenient for Bicester, the M40 and Aylesbury Vale Parkway Station. Charndon is unspoilt and is surrounded by countryside and is ideal for dog walkers and ramblers alike. Spencer Gardens is a quiet close of detached houses all with generous plots and much lower density than modern developments. This fine home features good sized rooms with four reception rooms, a kitchen/ breakfast room and utility. Although the house was built with five bedrooms the current owners have re-configured slightly so there are now four double bedrooms, the largest now with a bedroom sized dressing room and en-suite. The guest room has an en-suite too and there is a family bathroom. Outside the gardens are a decent size and there is a double garage which has been extended on one side to house a boat. All in all a good house in a quiet and rural location that you could easily personalise to your own taste.
