"Believed to have been built in 1908, this delightful end of terrace house oozes charm.

The living room has an open fireplace and leads through to a beautiful dining room. The property has a lovely period feel and the kitchen is bright and airy too.

Three bedrooms, a bathroom and a further wc complete the picture inside.

Outside, the long rear garden is south facing and has a patio area for summer barbeques leading to a lawned area. At the end of the garden, there is a summer house with power points - a great space for children and teenagers.

Easy walk to local shops and Weston Turville School. Driveway parking for 2 or 3 cars.

Weston Turville is a popular village being about 3 miles from both Aylesbury and Wendover. There is a local combined infant/junior school close to the house and a bus route passes through the village.

Close by is the attractive market town of Wendover, situated at the foot of the Chiltern Hills just to the south east of the county town of Aylesbury. Access to London could either be via the A413, M40, A41 and M1. The village has a train station, at the top of the High Street on the Chilterns Railway Line providing commuter services to Marylebone in 45-50 minutes. It also offers good day to day shopping facilities and has a regular weekly market on Thursdays, Health Centre, Dentists, Library.

The renowned Grammar School and High School are in Aylesbury together with the Sir Henry Floyd co-ed Grammar School. There are many opportunities for recreation close to the village including Wendover Woods and Coombe Hill and most sports are available in the Aylesbury Vale.
