"This must be a great place to live as houses rarely change hands here. Elm Close is a true non estate position. A smattering of detached homes a terrace of three and two pairs of semi's. And that's it. It is safe for children to play outside as there is no traffic to worry about. 7 Elm Close was built originally in the 1970'3 but has since benefitted from a single storey extension. There are now two separate reception rooms and a great family sized kitchen. This leads into the garage which has been partly converted and has had permission for change of use to another room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and the bathroom. Outside the garden is nice and private and you can park two vehicles on the drive. Weston Turville is a great place to bring up children with an excellent first school and is in the John Colet secondary school catchment area. The whole village is surrounded by countryside, with excellent walks. A truly splendid place to live."
