"I don't know what it is about 1930's houses but we all seem to love them. Perhaps it's the design and pretty touches or maybe it's the layout and sheer practicalities and space which is just as relevant today as it was back then. This is such a great example. Set in one of the most popular roads in Wendover it has been thoughtfully extended and has a garden with a view over the allotments that will get you reaching for your garden spade. You get a feeling of complete calm when you walk through the door of this home. There are many features that have been beautifully preserved. In the sitting room the circular bay window allows light to flood into this cosy room. The dining room now links into a sizable conservatory making a superb entertaining space. The kitchen/breakfast room is 'L' shaped with two windows both overlooking the lovely rear garden. Upstairs there are four good sized bedrooms . The en-suite shower room to the guest room is a particularly nice touch. This really is a fine house that will delight whoever is lucky enough to buy it."
