Within easy reach of the town centre, it is ideally located for the towns many amenities and more local facilities, including the local schools and excellent rail links to London Marylebone. Location Broughton Crossing is situated in a rural area between Aylesbury and Bierton and is surrounded by open fields. It offers good access to the A418 towards Milton Keynes and the A41 towards Tring and London. The area is close to Broughton which is more residential, with popular primary schools and family facilities, including a shopping parade with a convenience store, video shop and takeaways as well as a doctor?s surgery nearby.
