"This charming family home has been updated and improved by the current owners in recent years. It occupies a substantial plot in an enviable location close to Old Amersham High Street. At the end of the hall, the sitting room has a lovely aspect to the rear garden with access via french doors onto the terrace. There is useful built-in shelving and cupboards along one wall. This room has brand new Monduelo flooring and access to the terrace and rear garden. There is an adjacent utility room with generous storage and spaces for appliances.
