"This stylishly presented four bedroom detached house was built by Croudace Homes in 2016 and was the show home for the development. An attractive, substantial brick entrance porch protects the westerly aspect front door. The bright hall has glazed double doors to the open plan kitchen/dining room with light ceramic flooring and a wide range of wall and base units with mottled laminate work tops. There are integrated appliances which include a five ring gas hob, a fridge freezer, double oven, dishwasher and a stainless steel sink. The spacious sitting room has aspects to the front and double doors out onto the rear terrace and garden beyond. There is a gas fire with elegant stone surround as a focal point. From the hall there is a cloakroom, with wash basin and wc, and the utility room, which has space for both a washing machine and a tumble dryer plus generous cupboards and a stainless steel sink. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a front aspect and a large fitted wardrobe with mirror doors. There is an en suite with a wide shower unit, wc and basin in a vanity unit. There is another double bedroom to the front, also with a fitted wardrobe with mirror doors. The third double bedroom is currently in use as a study and there is a fourth, single, bedroom, both with views to the rear garden. The family bathroom has an over bath shower, wc and basin in a vanity unit. From the landing there is access to the airing cupboard, with a megaflow hot water cylinder, and a hatch to the loft which has a ladder, light and insulation. The house benefits from gas central heating to radiators and double glazing throughout.
