"Cerney Lodge is a fine detached family home enjoying a generous plot of about a third of an acre and enjoys being positioned in one of Bristol?s most exclusive roads. You can understand this when travelling along the road, seeing some of the finest family homes of Bristol and lined with impressive tree specimens. The property was built during the early 1980s providing three storeys, six bedroom family accommodation. The house has been generally well maintained, and has an abundance of light with glorious rear aspect over the garden with its own private swimming pool. The approach of the house is via a short drive with a double integral garage and parking for several vehicles. On entering the house there is a welcoming entrance hall with the main reception rooms leading off and a cloakroom. This includes a large sitting room having dual aspect windows and has a wide opening through to the family room. The family/dining room is also approached off the hallway and has French doors that open onto the rear garden with beautiful views of the garden and pool. There is a room to the front of the house, used at present as a dining room could make an excellent study and a kitchen to the rear which leads through to the utility room where there is also a swimming pool pump room. The first floor accommodates a galleried landing, four bedrooms and these are served by an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom, and separate family bathroom. The upper floor has two further generous double bedrooms. There is enormous scope to make added improvements to the house being anything from extensions to interior design and because of the position of the property it would add significant additional value to this already lovely home. Outside, the garden is a truly wonderful feature, with a spacious lawn, excellent swimming pool and plenty of terraces for dining creating a wonderful environment for families. Viewing of this fine home is highly recommended and has been attractively priced to sell quickly.
