"Upon arrival you proceed through a wrought iron gate and stone arch to the front of the property. There is an enclosed entrance vestibule leading to the main front door.Once inside you are greeted by a lovely reception room with a log burner inset into a feature fireplace with storage cupboards and display mantles either side. The reception room has views to the front of the property. From the reception room there are doors to the snug and to the inner hall. The snug is a lovely room for those cold winter evenings benefiting from another wood burner set into an exposed stone fireplace and parquet flooring. The snug has views to the front and access to the kitchendiner and the conservatory. The conservatory is fully glazed, it has tiled flooring and double doors and views to the attractive rear courtyard. The kitchendiner is a lovely size for a family and has tiled flooring. There is an ample range of base eye level units and plenty of granite work tops. There is space for an upright fridgefreezer and a range cooker. There is a built in dishwasher and an extractor hood. The kitchen enjoys views to the rear, the side and a double glazed door to the rear courtyard. From the kitchen there is a door to the inner hall with steps down to the separate utility room which has space and plumbing for a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are further eye and base level storage cupboards one housing the gas combi boiler. From the utility room access to the coats hanging area and a door to the side and a further door to the downstairs shower room. Outside from the kitchendiner there is a lovely, spacious courtyard patio area ideal for entertaining in the summer with a timber storage shed. From the courtyard steps take you up the the main lawned area which has mature shrubs,trees and plants. There is a decked seating area and a further timber storage shed. To the front of the property there is the pathway leading to the front door and raised flower bed boarders.

The the rear of the property there is parking for one car and gated rear access to the courtyard.
