"Having a garden in the city has been great. We have enjoyed BBQs with friends and also relaxing in the sunshine on a summer evening or weekend. The washing line also makes drying clothes so much easier (and cheaper than tumble drying). We are a quick dash to Sainsburys and Somerfield if weve forgotten that vital ingredient or surrounded by all kinds of restaurants if we fancy a take-away/meal out. We are a short walk away from numerous pubs which has been great for doing pub quizzes and watching sporting events on a big screen. Despite all this the rear building location is very discrete and we never hear noise from nearby roads or buildings."
