Impressive is how I will describe this gorgeous 6/7 bedroom home, sitting right on a private beach with breathtaking views of the sea from every window from the rear.

As you enter the property you are greeted with a light and bright hallway leading into an elegant lounge area with access to a full length of the house sun room, leading out to the patio area and dining room for those social evenings. The property flows naturally into the pool house where the heated indoor pool tempts you from both outside and in, a games room looks out over the pool which all adds up to make this a great holiday or family house.

Upstairs gives you a master bedroom with views to die for and en-suite facilities plus 3 further double guest rooms of which 2 also benefit from a balcony & all with breathtaking views. This home offers versatile living accommodation and viewing is very highly recommended.

Sea Cottage has been a fantastic home to our family, we have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The house is big enough to comfortably accommodate the whole clan, yet it's lovely & cosy when it's just the two of us. We'll miss waking up to views of the sea & being lulled to sleep by the waves. The balcony is great for sunbathing & watching the world go by. We love our morning swim & the pool has been a great hit with the kids & their friends!

Felpham village is very friendly with everything you need, pubs, restaurants & cafe's. Sea Cottage is in a lovely position, we will be sad to leave.
