The accommodation comprises an entrance porch, spacious entrance hall with access to loft storage, shower room with WC and hand basin, study area opening into a conservatory with double glazed windows and door to garden. Sitting room with stone fireplace and wood burning stove, dining room, also with stone fireplace and gas fire, kitchen with a good range of work surfaces, inset sink unit and four-ring LPG gas hob, built-in Zanussi oven, wall storage cupboards, tiled flooring and door to rear garden. Easy rising stairs to bright first floor landing with large airing cupboard, three good size bedrooms and family bathroom with white suite.

Situation
Duns Tew is an attractive village situated away from main roads and surrounded by rolling Oxfordshire countryside. The village is composed of predominantly stone built houses and cottages with colourful old English gardens. Enjoying an elevated position gives the village good views to the north towards Deddington and the Barfords and to the south towards Middle and Steeple Barton. Within the village there is a Church, The White Horse Inn and village hall. Further comprehensive amenities can be found approx 3 miles to the north in the village of Deddington whilst access to the M40 motorway can be gained at either junctions 10 or 11.
