Owners Comments .

The Warwick s plus our gorgeous chihuahua Harvey moved in to 23 Wheatsheaf Close in March 2008. Our daughters wanted to go to the Holt School so we had to move in to the catchment.
Our new house seemed so big to us all as we had moved only from round the corner in Lower Early from a three bed house. We were there for 13 years.
Now having been here for 17 years I wonder how come it s gone so quick.
We soon filled our house and it became our new home our new little palace.
We ve made lots of lovely memories here and as the seasons came that brought out our neighbours, as when we moved here in the March in April it snowed. As we begun to see and meet our neighbours that brought the best out in people and gatherings. We had lots of parties on the green in front of our house. As soon as spring turned and the warm weather arrived that brought everyone together.
The long summer days nights were alot of fun, November we had fireworks on the green, and then Christmas . Everyone s house was lit up. All the residents moved in within a month of each other so we are all very close and know that if anyone wanted or needed anything we know we could knock on any of the neighbours doors. Our garden is small but the abundance of colour in the summer makes it feel big, and with my special spot in the garden for my egg chair it s the perfect excuse to get lost in a book and maybe a cheeky nap.
We have made lots of amazing memories and the girls have achieved milestones in their lives here, like passing their driving tests and getting their first car.
Our eldest has now bought her own house and moved on to the next chapter of her life.
It won t be long before our youngest does the same. So, it s time for Nic and I to move on to our next chapter in our lives and find our last smaller house for us two plus our two chihuahuas.

This is the perfect family home with so much space to offer and some lovely changes by the current owners who have been here since new in 2008. Through the front door you have a big hallway which is so light and airy with your downstairs cloakroom, formal living room with a great fireplace and even a separate study off it. This then leads onto the all important kitchen breakfast room which spans the width of the home and has double doors to the garden creating an ideal space for entertaining and hosting family evenings. There is also a separate utility room and you also have side access from the garden to your driveway parking and garage.

Upstairs you have four bedrooms and wait till you see the main bedroom! This room is huge and has been finished so nicely making it perfect to just move straight into. This room then leads into a dressing room and then your own private en suite. You have another three bedrooms and a family bathroom.
