LOCATION
Winnersh is an ideal location for families as well as commuters. Winnersh Train Station is situated within half a mile of the property and there is also easy access to Reading, Wokingham and the M4 junctions 10 and 11. Bearwood and Winnersh Primary Schools are situated a short walk away as well as The Forest Boys School and Bearwood College. For the sportsman there are playing fields at nearby Sindlesham as well as the Pulse 8 Gym and Nirvana Spa within walking distance. Bearwood Lakes Golf Club is also closeby which has recently been voted as the best new style golf course in the country.
OUTSIDE
To the front there is a gravel parking area with brick block driveway and double gates giving access to further parking for circa 3 vehicles with a carport of circa 30ft over.
