"This immaculately presented 2 bedroom Victorian semi detached house is situated in a popular cul-de-sac within walking distance of Wokingham town centre. Accommodation comprises lounge, dining room, 16' kitchen/breakfast room. There is a pleasant 125' south facing garden.

Situation
Carey Road is set on the southern outskirts of the town and is a no through road comprising a mixture of properties dating from the Victorian times through to more modern houses. The shops and restaurants of the town are within easy walking distance and for the commuter as well as being close to the train station the A329M/M4 can be accessed from the east of town

Outside
The private south facing rear garden extends to approximately 125' with an area of raised hardwood decking across the rear of the property, enclosed by contemporary white rendered border and inset lighting. There are steps down to a paved area with two generous benches and a central feature fireplace with lighting. The remainder of the garden is laid to lawn with close boarded fencing on both sides, to the rear hardstanding for a shed, vegetable patch, with mature trees.
