"A three bedroom semi detached house situated to the west of Windsor, close to local shops and well regarded schools. The property benefits from a modern kitchen, two reception rooms, driveway parking and a 70ft rear garden.

DESCRIPTION The entrance hall has an understairs cupboard, laminate flooring and downlighters. There is a sitting room to the front with a bay window, laminate flooring and a fireplace with a back boiler. The dining room has laminate flooring, a picture rail and patio doors on to the rear garden. The kitchen has a range of modern white units at eye and base level, a free standing electric cooker, appliance space, a tiled floor and a single glazed side door. The first floor landing has a double glazed side window, downlighters and access to the loft space. There are three bedrooms; bedroom one has a tiled fireplace and bedroom two has a wardrobe and airing cupboard. The bathroom has the original white suite and completes the accommodation. Outside, the front garden has lawn with shrub borders and a driveway leading to double gates with a narrow driveway beyond giving access the the garage and rear garden. The garage is an old single garage, unsuitable for a car, as access is narrow, but offering good storage.
