"A four/five bedroom extended and remodelled detached family home set in a popular location overlooking fields to the rear. This property is situated approximately two miles from Windsor town centre and is offered to the market with no onward chain.

The ground floor accommodation comprises inner hallway with doors to the downstairs cloakroom, sitting room, family room and kitchen/breakfast room.The kitchen/breakfast room is well equipped with a range of units finished with granite work surfaces, built in Neff double oven, five ring gas hob, built in dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, central island, tiled flooring and open plan to the family room with French doors onto the garden. Double doors lead through to the sitting room with wood flooring, air conditioning units and French doors onto the garden. Access to the converted garage which includes fitted units and an integrated fridge/freezer, is via the entrance hall and also has its own separate entrance.

Located on the first floor are four bedrooms, including the master bedroom with dressing area and en-suite. Of particular note are the views across the rear field from the master bedroom and bedrooms two and four. In addition, all first floor bedrooms have air conditioning. Neighbouring Windsor Marina, Ruddlesway lies approx 2 miles from central Windsor and 5 miles from Maidenhead with the smaller villages of Holyport and Bray nearby.

Windsor has excellent transport links with mainline trains to London Waterloo and Paddington (via Slough). The M4 can be approached via junction 6 or 8/9 giving access to Heathrow Airport, Central London and the M40 and M25 motorway network.

Sporting and leisure facilities are varied with horse racing at both Windsor and Ascot, polo and horse riding in Windsor Great Park, golf at Sunningdale and Wentworth and rowing/boating on the River Thames.
