The property is well presented and with a charming and mature garden to the rear. The accommodation comprises a welcoming entrance hall off which are the main rooms. The sitting room is light and airy and features a bay window with gas fire, there is a separate dining room plus a kitchen/breakfast room with a range of white units and space for a small table. From the kitchen there is a door to outside leading to the generous terrace, ideal for al fresco entertaining and enjoying the vista over the secluded rear garden, and with access to the side garage door. In addition there is a downstairs WC. The first floor has three bedrooms, the master bedroom having built-in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room, and there is also a well appointed family bathroom.

The property is located on the edge of the thriving town of Thatcham with Newbury only a short drive away; both towns offer major communications, with rail links at both Thatcham and Newbury and M4 motorway junction under 3 miles North of the town.
