The property offers spacious and flexible accommodation, with 5/6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and generous room sizes throughout. Built by the current owners only 11 years ago, the property is now offered with no onward chain. The accommodation includes: Entrance hall, sitting room, kitchen/diner, utility room, family room, study, three ground floor bedrooms (2 en-suite), family bathroom, two first floor bedrooms (both en-suite), and double garage. EPC Rating C.
LOCAL INFORMATION
Woodcote, situated three miles north east of Goring, and is a vibrant South Chiltern Village with a particularly strong sense of participation amongst its community.
