A Note from the Homeowner

I originally bought the property as an investment, but what really drew me in was the setting. Although it doesn t have a traditional garden, you ve got a huge park right outside your front door it s like having acres of greenery without the upkeep. I ve often seen deer wandering out from the bushes in the evening it s a lovely little moment of calm. The courtyard is a great bonus too being south facing, it s perfect for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
Even though it s not completely tucked away, it does offer a nice break from the pace of daily life somewhere you can still unwind and breathe a little easier. It s also always been easy to let, which made it a reliable investment from day one.

Alex s Best Bits

Positioned in a tucked away spot within Lower Earley, this upgraded one bedroom freehold home blends practical improvements with a calm, leafy backdrop.
Over the past six years, the owners have brought the property right up to date with a new sleek kitchen space for a table and chairs for 2 , modern bathroom, and FENSA certified windows and doors 2019 . They also added a patio door from the living room to create a better connection with the south facing courtyard and the open green space beyond a thoughtful addition that makes the most of the outlook and natural light. For storage, there s a handy storage cupboard near the front door and loft access too, and for parking, there is off road residents parking for one or two cars.
